Molten Cast Iron 28cm Square Red Grill Pan

Heavy duty cast iron square grill pan with a ribbed base for grilling a variety of foods healthily by allowing excess fat to drain away. Manufactured from molten cast iron the dish is extremely durable and gives an even and efficient distribution of heat, cooking the food evenly and relatively quickly once warmed. The pan also features a long handle and side handle for easy use. With a hygienic and impermeable quality vitreous enamel red exterior and contrasting black interior, the dish is safe to use in the oven, under the grill, on all hobs including electric, gas, ceramic, halogen and induction, and for solid fuel range cookers and cooker tops (including Aga® and Rayburn®). It is extremely easy to clean.
