The Pure Oriental deluxe non-stick coated steel wok is a joy to use when cooking stir frys or authentic oriental cuisine. This small size wok is ideal for cooking individual portions and is constructed from carbon steel which is the traditional material used for making woks. This deluxe wok features a heavy gauge steel for added durability. Featuring deep sloped sides the wok allows quick, even and maximum heat distribution, whilst the flat base allows maximum balance and control on the cooker top. The double layered non-stick coating also helps to keep the wok easy to clean despite cooking at such high temperatures. The wok also has a comfortable authentic wooden riveted handle with traditional Chinese symbol decoration and an integrated hanging storage loop.
