Heavy duty cast iron rectangular roasting pan ideal for roasting meat, roast potatoes and other vegetables. Manufactured from molten cast iron the dish is extremely durable and gives an even and efficient distribution of heat, cooking the food evenly and relatively quickly once warmed. Coated with a hygienic and impermeable quality vitreous enamel, with a black exterior and contrasting cream interior, the dish is safe to use in the oven, under the grill, on all hobs including electric, gas, ceramic, halogen and induction, as well as for solid fuel range cookers and cooker tops (including Aga® and Rayburn®).
