If you have questions about your Kitchen Craft product, we’re happy to assist you. Our award winning Customer Support team utilises many methods to make customer care friendly, fast and convenient. Our general enquiries support is available 9am – 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am – 4pm on Fridays.
We also provide a Contact Us form where product queries or feedback can be posted at your convenience. All enquiries are dealt with promptly by our Customer Support team.
