½ tsp baking powder
115 g/4 oz butter, softened
115 g/4 oz caster sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 - 4 tbsp milk
Icing sugar, for dusting
For the filling
55 g/2 oz butter
115 g/4 oz icing sugar
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5. Place 12 Miniamo coloured silicone cup cake cases in a bun tin. Sift the flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add the butter, sugar, eggs and enough milk to give a medium-soft consistency. Beat the mixture thoroughly until smooth then divide among the coloured cake cases and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until well risen and golden. Transfer to wire rack to cool.
