11 Years Running - Excellence in Service Award

We are absolutely thrilled to have once again been awarded the Excellence in Service Award by Progressive Housewares Magazine for the 11th year running.

Voted for by our customers, this prestigious award recognises Kitchen Craft’s overwhelming commitment to supporting their retail customer base. Sales Director, Richard Plant was presented with the award by Greg Wallace, at The Excellence in Housewares Awards Wednesday 3rd October at the Lancaster Hotel, London. The awards have been embraced by the industry and recognised as the ‘Oscars’ for the housewares trade.

As well as being winners of the Excellence in Service Award consecutively for over a decade, 2011 marks the 12th time we have won the award since it was created thirteen years ago. Richard states “This is a fantastic honour and achievement and evidently reflects the hard work and fantastic contribution everyone throughout the company has committed to give.”

He continues “We can only win awards like this with great teamwork and it is with such continued improvements to all our areas of services that we have considerably improved over the last year, that we hope to remain as a proud winner of this award.”

All of Kitchen Craft’s directors would like to thank to all employees for their contribution in addition to thanking our loyal and hardworking customers.

Kitchen Craft were also finalists in the Top of the Table category for the My London Collection.
