Broccoli and Mushroom Burgers

Ingredients

2 cups of mushrooms

1 cup of broccoli florets

1 tbsp. olive oil

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

Method

In a food processor, separately rice the broccoli, and then the mushrooms

Mix together in a medium bowl

In a small pan, cook over a high heat for 4 minutes until softened

In the bowl, add the garlic, breadcrumbs, olive oil and egg

Add the broccoli and mushroom mix and combine

Using your hands, separate into 4 balls and flatten to make your patties

Refrigerate for 30 minutes

Using a griddle, grill for 4 minutes each side

Serve in between the seeded buns
