Caramelised Walnuts with Truffle Oil and Parmesan


Ingredients


200g Walnuts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp truffle oil
1 tbsp rosemary
1 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp Sea salt
50g Parmesan cheese


Here’s how

Place the walnuts into a frying pan with the olive oil.
Cook the nuts on a medium heat until golden and crunchy.
Add the herbs and listen out for the crackle before removing from the heat.
Stir together and season with sea salt
Drizzle the truffle oil over the nuts and top with the finely grated cheese.
Leave the nuts to cool before serving.
Remember always keep these nuts in an air tight container.
