1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken thighs
12 white corn tortillas
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
1/4 cup grated cheese
Low-fat sour cream
In a small mixing bowl mix chili powder, salt, cumin and black pepper. Once will combined rub mixture over chicken.
Place chicken on grill rack and grill for 10 minutes on each side. Slice the chicken into small pieces.
Divide chicken evenly among tortillas, top with cabbage and sour cream.
