Dairy Free Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk

½ cup oats

½ banana (frozen)

1tsp vanilla extract

½ teaspoon cinnamon

Method:

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and pulse until the fruit has broken into small chunks.

Increase the speed on the blender to mix all of the ingredients together until they are smooth and creamy.

Serve cold, ideal for breakfast.
