Ingredients
1 inch ginger root
1 tbsp clear honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
Sprig of fresh mint
Cinnamon stick
Method
Grate the ginger into a measuring jug of 300ml boiling water and leave to infuse for 4 minutes
Add the honey and lemon juice into your mug and strain in the ginger tea
Add a few of the mint leaves and stir with the cinnamon stick until the honey is dissolved
