Gluten Free Five Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup peanut butter (we prefer smooth for this recipe)

1 cup brown sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ cup chocolate chips  

Method:

Preheat oven to 180

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl

Form small balls and place onto a non-stick baking tray

Bake for 10 minutes

Leave to cool on a cooling rack before serving
