Goats Cheese, Fig and Honey Bruschetta

A delightful combination of flavours, perfect for appetisers at dinner parties, a light alfresco lunch or afternoon tea!

Ingredients

4  white baguette slices

Spreadable goats cheese

Figs

Runny honey to drizzle

Method

Lightly toast the baguette  on the griddle and leave to cool

Spread with the goats cheese

Slice the figs and lay on top of the goats cheese

Drizzle over the honey
