Green Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

300ml water

250ml Almond Milk

1tbsp ground flaxseed

Small pinch of ground cinnamon

1 small ripe banana

Handful of spinach or kale

1tbsp peanut butter

 

Method: 

Blitz all the ingredients in a blender until smooth – it’s as easy as that!
