Healthy Flapjack


200g margarine

400g porridge oats

50g pumpkins seeds

20g chia seeds

30g sunflower seeds

70g walnuts

125g Dates

100ml Strong coffee

Here’s how

Preheat your oven to 160°C

In a pan melt the butter, with the coffee and dates

When all the ingredients are melted and the dates are soft, blend until smooth.

Scatter in the various seeds and oats, then using a wooden spoon stir together.

Transfer the mixture into a non stick 20cm square brownie tin and press down using the back of a spoon.

Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

Allow to cool and then cut into portions and keep in an airtight container.
