Healthy Banana Oat Pancakes

Ingredients

30g Powdered Oats

2 Eggs

1 Banana

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 tsp Honey

25ml Almond Milk

Method

In a blender pour in all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Then heat up a little coconut oil into a pancake pan and pour in a small amount of mixture and even into a small roundish pancake. Then heat on each side until golden brown, using a spatula to turn.

Then serve with your desired toppings.
