Healthy Drinking!

Keeping hydrated has a huge impact on our overall health, but it can be really difficult to drink the reccomended amount of water a day! To help you on your way to 2 litres a day, we have come up with some tasty ideas to help make water more exciting!

 

Simply add freshly chopped fruit, pips or seeds into the infuser chamber and fill with still or sparkling water. The holes in the core will allow the flavours of the fruit to infuse into the drink creating all natural flavoured drinks. Find the tools you need to make your infused water here!
