Homemade Fish Fingers

Ingredients

500g skinless, boneless cod fillet, cut into fingers

100g plain flour

1 large free range egg beaten

100g breadcrumbs

Method

Dip finger firstly into the flour until completely covered

Next dip into the beaten egg

Completely coat with the breadcrumbs

Repeat for each finger

Grill under a medium heat for 15 minutes turning halfway until cooked through and golden
