Kale and Oat Pizza Crust


110g kale

2 large eggs

2 cups oats

1 cup low fat grated cheese

a pinch of salt and pepper


Pre-heat the oven to 180°C 

Blend the kale in a food processor

Add the eggs and cheese and blend for another 30 seconds

Remove mixture and spoon into a bowl

Mix in the oats

Spoon the mixture onto a baking tray to form a circle of about 20cm diameter and bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is firm

Add the topping of your choice

Return to the oven until the topping is cooked
