Killer Mai Tai

Ingredients

Ice
100ml (3½ floz) spiced rum
50ml (1½ floz) coconut-flavoured rum
1 teaspoon grenadine syrup
85ml (3 floz) pineapple juice
60ml (2 floz) orange juice

Tropical fruit and flowers to garnish.

Method

Add ice, spiced rum, coconut rum, grenadine, pineapple juice and orange juice to shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into glass full of ice, garnish and serve.
