We know lent can be challenging so we thought we would step in and help make it a little easier for you.

We have put together a food cravings chart to make your lent as easy and carefree as possible. 

When you are craving a specific type of food (i.e. chocolate) it means you may slightly be lacking in Magnesium. Therefore, we have suggested some types of foods that you could eat to stop that craving. We have also added a recipe which we think would be suitable to your craving and will leave you feeling fuller for longer.
