Ingredients
30g of butter
3 squares of dark chocolate
1 egg
3 tablespoons caster sugar
1 tablespoon single cream
2 tablespoons ground hazlenuts
5 tablespoons plain flour
½ teaspoons baking powder
Method
Melt the butter in a bowl. Melt the chocolate in another bowl.
In a third bowl beat in the egg, sugar, cream, ground hazelnuts, flour, baking powder and melted butter.
Mix one third of the butter with the melted chocolate.
Spoon a little of the flavoured mixture into a mug followed by a little on the unflavoured, repeated until you have used up all the mixture.
Cook in the microware for 1 minute 40 seconds (800 watts)
