New Year, New You!

So Christmas is done and once again we have all overindulged. All those mince pies, cream cakes, cheeses and naughty nibbles were way too tempting…but its ok…it really is!!

 As it’s a new year and we have the three things we need to kick start healthy habits – Resolution, motivation and a little helping hand…see, its as easy as, well 1,2,3!

1. Prepare, prepare, prepare!

Don’t get caught out with an empty cupboard as the temptation to order takeaway is too great! Stock your fridge full with colourful, fresh, meat, fish and vegetables. Plan your meals ahead so you can make the most of the food you buy and nothing goes to waste. You can also plan quicker easier meals for those evenings when you have less time. Load yourself up with healthy snacks throughout the day which will stop you heading for the office vending machine / biscuit tin! 

2. Stay motivated
