No bake Energy balls


1 cup powdered oats
1 scoop (30g) Whey Protein
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp. chia seeds
½ cup nut butter (any kind)
3 tbsp. honey
1/3 cup crushed almonds


Mix together oats, protein, cinnamon, chia seeds, nut butter, half the crushed almonds and honey until formed a dough like consistency. Roll into small palm sized balls and place on a plate. Roll into the remaining crushed almonds to coat and leave to set for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
