Ingredients:
200ml extra-virgin olive oil
1 orange
Method:
1. Wash the orange, dry it and remove the orange zest with a peeler or knife.
2. Avoid using the white part, as it can make the oil bitter.
3. Fill a glass bottle with olive oil and add the orange zest into the bottle.
4. Leave the oil infusing, shaking every 3-4 days for 3 weeks.
5. Filter the orange scented olive oil into another glass bottle.
