Overnight Oats!

Quick, easy and delicious! Save yourself time in the morning and make up the night before! Refrigerating overnight gives the oats time to soak up all the delicious flavours!

All you need is 3 basic ingredients:

⅓ cup oats

⅓ cup almond milk

⅓ cup natural yoghurt

The rest is your choice, add fruit, nuts, maple syrup or whatever takes your fancy!

Mix together

Refrigerate overnight
