1 medium pumpkin
2 medium bananas
Splash of skimmed milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp vanilla
Pinch of nutmeg and allspice
De-seed your pumpkin and remove the flesh, blend flesh until a smooth pulp.
Put 4 tablespoons of the pumpkin into a blender. Chop the bananas and add to the pumpkin, pour in the milk.
Add the cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg and allspice and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and add straws.
