Roasted Peaches with Cinnamon, Vanilla, and Honey

Ingredients

4 ripe medium to large peaches, quartered and pitted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup honey

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Greek yogurt to garnish

Method

Preheat oven to 200°c.

Lightly grease a baking tray.

Mix the honey, vanilla and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Stir in the peaches until well coated.

Distribute the coated peaches on baking tray.

Roast in the oven for 20 minutes or until peaches are golden brown and tender.

Serve with a generous portion of Greek yogurt.
