Salmon and Tomato Salad with Edible Flowers

Ingredients 

Chopped baby tomatoes
Sliced smoked salmon
Chopped black olives
Edible flowers (optional)
Baby green salad leaves 
Tarragon dressing 

Method 

In a bowl add in all the ingredients and mix gently. Pour over some tarragon dressing and place over your edible flowers. Serve with salad serving tongs.
