1 1/4 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1 cup milk
2 sliced ripe bananas
Preheat waffle iron and spray with cooking spray.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg into a mixing bowl.
Slowly mix in the eggs and milk until the mixture is completely smooth.
Pour two tablespoons of the batter onto the hot waffle iron. Add a few slices of banana on top of the batter and then spoon anther two table spoons of batter on top.
Cook until golden brown.
