Spicy Baked Camembert


1 Camembert

3 sprigs of rosemary

1 pinch of chili flakes


Preheat oven to 180°C.

With a knife make a large cut across the top rind of the cheese.

Insert 3 sprigs of rosemary into the cut and distribute chili flakes across the top of the cheese.

Place the Camembert in the Camembert baker.

Bake for 15-20 mins.

Remove from the oven, and serve with crackers, garlic bread or toasted bread slices.
