1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons grated lime rind
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1-pound flank steak, cut into strips
Sour cream, sweetcorn and shredded lettuce for garnish.
In a large mixing combine chili powder, lime rind, salt, and steak. Cover and chill for one hour.
Place steak on a grill rack and grill for 10 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking. Remove from heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Warm tortillas spoon steak mixture evenly over each tortilla. Top with sour cream, sweetcorn and shredded lettuce if desired.
