Ingredients
200g Strawberries
300ml double cream
2 tbsp. caster sugar
50g meringue nest, broken
1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
Whip the double cream, vanilla extract and sugar in a large bowl until light and thick. Place a spoonful into the Jar and then layer with some strawberries and then meringue. Repeat the layering again until you reach the cream on top for the last time. Top with some extra stawberries and serve.
