Ingredients

1 dash White Absinthe
1 oz blended overproof rum
1½ oz Blended aged rum
½ oz cinnamon syrup
½ oz Fresh lime juice
½ oz Fresh grapefruit juice (white or pink)
1 dash Angostura bitters
grapefruit, for garnish

 

Method

Take chilled cocktail glass and carefully coat the inside with a drizzle of white absinthe.

Add the other ingredients to a cocktail shaker and top off with ice.

Shake well then using the shakers strainer and a bar strainer double-strain into the glass and garnish with the grapefruit.
