The traditional way to bake a great pizza is to use a wood-fired oven, which blasts the base for a beautifully crisp result. This pan recreates that effect in a home oven, using tiny aerating holes to give you a crunchy-crisp base with evenly cooked toppings. And like all of Paul’s bakeware, it’s made of strong carbon steel with a superior champagne-coloured non-stick coating for easy release.
