Ingredients
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
350g sirloin beef, cut into strips
60g ginger, cut into matchsticks
4 garlic cloves, chopped
50ml dark soy sauce
2 tbsp. running honey
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
Sprouting broccoli
1 red onion, sliced
1 red pepper, chopped
3 small pak choi, chopped
6 spring onions, chopped
Method
Pre heat the wok before pouring in the vegetable oil.
When hot, add the beef strips and cook for 1 minute.
Add the garlic and ginger, continue to cook for a further 2 minutes.
Pour in the dark soy sauce, followed by the honey and then the sesame seeds.
Add the vegetables into the wok and mix together while cooking for for approx 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
To finish the dish sprinkle over with chopped spring onions before serving with rice or noodles.
