Ingredients
1 pack of chicken wings
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. back pepper, ground
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. chilli powder
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
3 tbsp white onion, chopped
350ml beer
Method
In a bowl, mix together dry ingredients with the olive oil and then slowly add the beer.
Add in the chicken wings and ensure they are completely covered by the marinade.
Cover and refrigerate over night or at least for 2 hours.
Remove from fridge when ready and barbeque until cooked through
