Ingredients
Plain biscuits (Nice, digestives or similar)
Pack of marshmallows
Large slab of dark chocolate broken into chunks
Method
Skewer the marshmallow over an open flame until it begins to melt and turn golden brown
Take your biscuit of choice and break into two halves
On top of one half add a piece of the broken chocolate
Add your toasted marshmallow and top with the other biscuit half
