Ingredients
2 cups of cooked basmati rice
10g turmeric
10 curry leaves
1 tsp. butter
Juice of 2 lemons
25g peanuts
2 green finely sliced chilis
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
Method
In a medium fry pan / wok add the butter and mustard seeds and stir until the butter has melted
Add peanuts, curry leaves and chilis and cook for 7 minutes
Add the rice and lemon juice, mix together and saute for 10 minutes
Serve with seafood and vegetables
