Ingredients
2 teaspoons chopped lemongrass
1 teaspoon green tea leaves
1 cup water
1 teaspoon honey
Method
Add the water and lemongrass to a pan and boil for 5 minutes.
Remove the pan from the flame and let the water cool till the temperature is 80-85 ˚C.
Add the green tea to an infuser tea pot and pour over the water and lemongrass. Let it steep for 3 minutes.
Pour into a cup and add honey to taste. Stir well before drinking.
