Mango and Pistachio Lassi


Mango and Pistachio Lassi


1 cup mango pulp
1 cup yogurt
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon sugar, or to taste
¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
4-5 ice cubes
Pistachios, to garnish
Fine strips of mild red chilli, to garnish, optional


Blend together yogurt with mango pulp, milk, sugar cardamom powder and ice cubes until smooth.

Pour mango lassi into glasses. Garnish with pistachios and chilli (optional).

Serve chilled.
