Mini Brie Bites


Puff pastry sheet

Wedge of brie

1/3 jar port and cranberry sauce 

1 large egg, beaten

Splash of milk


Cut the puff pastry into approx. 2 inch squares

Combine beaten egg and splash of milk and brush the pastry squares with the wash

Place a small slice of brie top of the egg wash on each square and top with about 1/2 teaspoon of the cranberry sauce.  

Prick the top lightly with a fork

Preheat oven to 190°C

Place prepared brie bites on a baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown

Allow to cool before serving
