Ingredients
200 mL Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1 orange
Method
Wash the orange, dry it and remove the orange zest with a peeler or knife.
Avoid using the white part, as it can make the oil bitter.
Fill a Glass Bottle with olive oil and add the orange zest into the bottle.
Leave the oil infusing, shaking every 3-4 days for 3 weeks.
Filter the orange scented olive oil into another Glass Bottle.
