Ingredients
150g Raspberries
150g Caster Sugar
1 lemon
Lemonade
Ice
Method
In a saucepan gently heat the raspberries and caster sugar together until the raspberries have formed a liquid. Squeeze in the juice from one lemon, reduce the heat and leave to simmer for a further 1 minute.
Set aside to cool. Once cool pour into the bottom of a glass, add in extra raspberries and ice then top with lemonade. Mix until all is pink and your summer drink is ready.
