Rosemary and garlic infused oil


200 mL Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

15 g fresh Rosemary

1 garlic clove (optional)

¼ tsp salt (optional)


Wash the fresh rosemary under cold, running water and dry it carefully.

Fill the Glass Bottle with extra-virgin olive oil and add the rest of the ingredients, making sure they are completely submerged in the oil.

Set the bottle in the sun and let it sit for two-three weeks. During this time the oil will slowly infuse with rosemary flavours.

Strain the Rosemary Oil and its ready to use.
