Ingredients:
3 tbsp. Mayonnaise
Juice lemon (1/2)
2 Tbsp. Greek yogurt
2 cans of tuna in olive oil ½ red onion finely chopped
Kosher Salt
Fresh ground pepper
Lettuce for serving
Bread for serving (optional)
Instructions:
Whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt and lemon juice.
Drain tuna and add to mixture, add red onion and toss to combine.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve on lettuce and enjoy.
