Ingredients
1 ¼ pounds of ground sirloin
Salt and pepper for seasoning
1 ½ tbsp. hot sauce
6 ounces mixed wild mushrooms, drained and sautéed
4 ounces of blue cheese, crumbled
Method
Season the meat with salt and pepper and mix the hot sauce in to the ground meat to evenly distribute, then form 8-12 patties (depending on if you want 4 larger or 6 smaller stuffed burgers.)
Add one patty to fill one side of the press, take the presser and press down on the patty to form a dent.
Distribute the mushrooms and blue cheese on top.
Add another patty to the other side of the press and press both sides together to form a burger.
Cook on a hot grill for 3-5 minutes per side depending on desired taste.
