What amount of sugar are you meant to use to make the pancakes - the recipe on the back of the packaging doesn't contain the quantity of sugar

With traditional pancakes you do not not use any sugar until after the pancakes are made to taste. The amount of sugar used is entirely up to you and is as per your personal preference!

I have had this product for a year and have used it to make cakes and flat breads with 100% success. It works on electric, gas and open fire cooking, but cannot be sustended and must sit on the hob or fire. Cooks cool, holds heat very well but take care to cool it down fully before cleaning and storing. This is my favorite baking stone.
