Ingredients
Carton of apple juice
Carton of orange juice
Carton of coconut water
Punnet of strawberries
Punnet of blueberries
Punnet of raspberries

Method
Using a sharp knife cut the fruit in to bite size pieces.
Place a few pieces of fruit in to the bottom of each lollipop mould.
TIP: Mix a variety of fruits together or just stick to one fruit per mould.
Pour your favourite juice in to the lollipop mould.
TIP: Don’t fill the mould right to the top – leave a little gap, as the juice will expand once frozen.
Take the lollipop sticks and place firmly in to the lollipop mould.
Stand the lollipop moulds in the freezer and leave to freeze for over 6 hours.
TIP: You can use any combination of fruits and fruit juices depending on your preferences – you can even use coconut water for a healthier version.
