Turkey spaghetti Bolognese


1 tbsp olive oil

1 large chopped onion

500g turkey mince 

2 crushed cloves garlic 

2 diced carrots 

2 sticks of celery 

400g can chopped tomatoes

2 tbsp tomato puree 

200 ml water 

350g spaghetti 


Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and cook over a gentle heat for 2-3mins.

Increase the heat and add the turkey mince. Add the garlic, carrot, celery, chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and water. Bring to the boil then reduce the heat, and simmer for 20-25mins.

Cook and drain the spaghetti, spoon over the Bolognese sauce to serve.
